I take great pleasure in watching people physically and mentally bettering themselves and becoming stronger, faster and of course, healthier. Age or physical condition is not an issue on outset of crossfit, as each new member begins training within their sensible limits with a view to developing fitness levels over time. During my career to date, I have been fortunate to have been involved in lots of different fitness disciplines and training methods, and I am able to positively apply my knowledge to members of crossfit on a daily basis. On a personal level, my vast experience means that I have continuously been able to make changes to my own life making noticeable differences to my overall well-being. My mission is to help you change and reach your full potential.
