If you want to start training with us just come around to see a “Wod” or go straight in to it and try one. To do this check the Wod times and whatsapp or call us to make reservation. We will reply immediately to confirm. We start on time, be sure to arrive early, late carries a penalty.

To start training with us you don’t need any basis, you supposed to come to improve your fitness and no matter what level you have. No need to bring anything special, just comfortable clothes for training.

Different people at different levels train and perform the wod together, guided by the coach. Don´t worry, you train at your pace and your intensity, not of the others.

Then for inscription you will get an username for our app so you can make the reservations for the wod´s by your own.

Can I train having physical limitations (limited range of motion of a joint, injury, surgery of knee, back, shoulder …)?

We generally have people training with different kinds of diseases and limitations, as long as it is not anything that avoids you from training safely we can scale down or adapt all our exercises. Come and tell us exactly what you have and we advise you.

¿Do you do diets?

We do not prescribe strict diets because it is not our specialty, but we can help and advice you how to eat healthy. Our philosophy is to eat natural products and avoid processed.

Contradiction often happens:

Girls – “I don’t want to get big lifting weights”

Boys – “I don´t want to lose weight cause performing many repetitions”

So what, do we lose weight with crossfit or do we get big? Neither defines what will happen. The answer is that your body adapts to stress. We will prepare you to move short and long distances quickly, heavy and light weight exercises with intensity whether many or few repetitions. To successfully perform all these different tasks your body eliminates body fat and increases muscle mass. Remove body fat does not mean get skinny, means eliminating excess weight you do not need, and increase muscle mass does not mean get big, it means get strong.

Can I get injured with crossfit?

The risk of injury in crossfit exists, same then any sport. But if we compare the risk of crossfit with sports like soccer we see that we have considerably less, and training every day. And when it comes to injury in crossfit we don´t talk about ruptured knee ligament, hernia or other serious injuries. Crossfit injuries usually affect muscles and tendons caused by overload. The overload occurs when we do bad technic on exercises or use more weight than we should and don’t rest when we should.

Can I combine crossfit with the sport I train and practice primarily for?

Training with us we have athletes from all kind of disciplines; triathlon, marathon, soccer, paddle, motocross, surfing, bodyboarding, windsurfing, martial arts… Crossfit is a great general complement for all sports, and it is up to you how many days a week you can spend on one thing or another, either in season or preseason.
