- Each wod is guided by a trainer, present all the time, explaining and correcting the movements.
- The wod includes general and specific warm-up, and technical progressions for the exercises.
- For joining our wod, please “book wod”.
- To come and do your own training “Open Box”, no booking needed.

Saturdays Wod: 11:00 – 12:00
Open Box:
Mondays – Fridays: 7:00 – 13:30 and 15:15 – 21:00
Saturdays: 10:30 – 13:30
